I’m writing a project for an NGO in Kinshasa. They want to recycle and transform plastic into products like paving stone.
I have two concerns about this proposal:
– Which type of machine are needed to make paving stone? Do you know the productivity (how many pieces per day)? And, how much can they expect to pay?
– In Kinshasa there are many power cuts. How can I overcome this problem?

– Which type of machine are needed to make paving stone?
You need a plastic shredder, sand, and some sort of furnace to melt the plastic and pour the molten plastic into moulds. There are several videos about it on youtube:
– Do you know the productivity (how many pieces per day)?
Depends on your scalability, the type of machines you use, the amount of people helping you to make your product…
– And, how much can they expect to pay?
No idea, do market research
